Pre-order cancellation

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins. If the order has entered production allocation, packing, or carrier processing, cancellation may no longer be possible and the standard return process will apply after delivery.

30-day return request

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. The item must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, complete, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for tracked return shipping and safe packaging. If we confirm that the wrong item was sent or the product arrived damaged or non-functional, AntBelt will provide the applicable remedy and return instructions.

Non-returnable items

Opened consumable materials, activated or delivered software licenses, custom items, and products damaged by misuse, unsafe materials, unauthorized modification, or improper operation are not eligible for change-of-mind return.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank or payment-provider posting times are outside AntBelt's control. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
